Judaica Kingdom's Return Policy

In order to return any item, please do the following steps,

1-Notifey us Via email at returns@judaicakingdom.com for the reason of your return

2-Reiceve your RMA (Return Authorization Number - Known as an RMA number)

3-Send the item in its original packaging, boxes + include your RMA # in the Box

4-eMail us the tracking # for your return Items have to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, please note the following:

If an item was damaged or the wrong item was accidentally sent, there is no charge to return the item, and www.judaicakingdom.com pays all shipping charges.

Product must be unused and the original packaging and materials intact.

To return an item for any other reason, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products that were received in damaged condition can be returned up to 7 Days from the time you receive your item.

in the case you receive any damaged item, please notify us within 5 days to receive your Return Authorization Number - also known as an RMA number.

Due to the Kashrut reason we do not accept Returns on any of the following items;

Challah Boards

Challah Covers

Challah Knives

Kitchen Utensils

Specially Custom Made Jewelry

Special Made To Order Silverware

Custom Made Tallits

Mezuzah Parchment ( Klaff)

Tefillins

All items mentioned above are exempt from our Return Policy & we do not accept returns under any circumstances, this is due to strict Kashrus laws.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us at support@judaicakingdom.com to arrange for a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping & return shipping expenses as well as a 25% restocking fee.
 
Refunds will be issued (minus a 25% Restocking fee & all Shipping costs) providing that the product was sent back in the order it was received, and that we receive it in return within 7 days of purchase.
 
As soon as your returned item arrives at our office we will check it and issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase.* It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post on your bank statement.
 
Orders cancelled 24 hours after purchase will be considered a cancelation, and will be charged a combined cancelation/restocking fee of 20% fee.
 
If you received this item as a gift please provide us with the original credit card number with which it was used for the purchase.
 
**Please note that for gift refunds, we will only refund for store credit, not for cash.(the credit will be given minus all the shipping & handling fees)**
 
Cancellations will be accepted within no more of 24 HRS of purchase. Thank you for your cooperation.
 
Defective and factory sealed items can be returned for replacement, store credit, or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.  All non-defective returned items (including sealed items) are subject to a $15.00 per item or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.  As a rule, you cannot return opened, non-defective items, but we will always try to get an exception for you.  If an exception is granted, the refund is subject to a $15.00 per item or 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater.  If you think your order has been lost in shipping and you want a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date.  If you select an uninsurable shipping method and your shipment becomes lost, we cannot honor a request for a refund.
You cannot return, replace, claim a lost shipment, or request an RMA number 31 days or more after the purchase date. RMA requests submitted on or after 5:00 PM eastern time are treated as submitted on the following business day.
 
Defective' means an item is non-functioning, incompatible with your operating system, or doesn't function as described or advised by the manufacturer.  'Factory Sealed' means an item is in 100% resalable condition, with all manufacturer's seals intact.  'Purchase Date' is the day we shipped your order, noted on your receipt.  You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us to process any return or replacement, within 30 days of the purchase date.
 

Returns and replacements are also subject to these terms:

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all freight charges involved in returning and replacing items, excluding items damaged in transit by the freight carrier. We pay for freight in those situations.
  • Certain items have a more restrictive return policy. These restrictions (if any) are noted in the product description and supersede our standard return policy.
  • Certain items, including, but not limited to, all Religious prayer Shawls (Tallits), Tefillin, Mezuzahs, Sterling Silverware& Special Made Order items, and items specifically noted with 'NO RETURNS', cannot be returned. * Not All Items Have NO RETURN Sign, so Please contact us If you are not sure whether return is accepted on the items you're interested to place the order with *
  • Refused shipments of items that are specifically noted with 'NO RETURNS' are subject to a $5.00 per item or 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
  • All other non-defective returns and refused shipments are subject to a $5.00 per item, or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
  • Return / exchange requests for "Sterling Silverware" are subject to each manufacturer's policy & last current price of the sterling silver/oz + the labor fees.
  • Consult the manufacturer before purchasing or requesting an RMA. If your item does not qualify for return / exchange under the manufacturer's policy, then it does not qualify under ours, as the item is not considered defective.
  • You must have the original manufacturer's packaging to return any item.  If you return items in any other type of packaging or in a condition not specified in your RMA request, we will return them to you and charge you a $50 processing fee, plus shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Judaica Kingdom, We carefully check every item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure that every item arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately. All claims must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of orders.
 
All purchases carry a 15-day money back guarantee with the exception of the items list below;
 
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED on any Tallits, Tefillins, Kosher Parchments (Mezuzah Klaffs).
 
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED on any Challah Boards, Knives & Covers due to halachic reasons.
 
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED on any custom made & personalized Judaica items such as Jewelry & Pendants.
 
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED on any Silverware.

PRICING ERRORS

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of pricing displayed on our website, human error is occasionally unavoidable. Pricing listed is not guaranteed and submission of your order does not bind us to honor said pricing. If pricing on your order is found to be incorrect, your order will be halted. Your credit card will not be charged and no funds will be accepted or collected, and no transaction shall occur. We will notify you by email if such an error has occurred on your order, and you are under no obligation whatsoever to purchase the item at the corrected price, and we will make no such offer to you. Pricing errors on our site will be corrected the same business day they are discovered. We apologize for any inconvinience in advance.

 

Credit Card Fraud

Merchants, like us, pay for stolen merchandise; not the credit card companies, and not the card holders.  If you are using a stolen credit card number, please LEAVE NOW and save yourself the trouble.  If you place an order with us using a stolen credit card number, your information will be given to the police or authorities in your area.  We will assist them in prosecuting you to the fullest extent of the law, which may include arrest, fines, jail time, and seizure of your computer equipment.  We will also contact your ISP and have your Internet service disconnected.  If the authorities do not pursue you, our contracted private investigation firm will find you and notify the police, and/or we will take matters into the civil courts.  If you think this is a victimless crime, you are wrong, and we will show absolutely no mercy to people who attempt to steal from us, and waste our time.
