Jerusalem III Tzedakah Box The Jerusalem scene of houses, hills and the wall are part of this unique tzedakah box. Jerusalem, the city of gold, can be used for a special bar or bat mitzvah gift. The principal of tzedakah, of giving, is one of the important principals in Judaism along with the study of torah and tikun olam, to repair the world. The stained glass front of Jerusalem has been sandblasted and then fire polished in the kiln to bring out the iridescence and color of the glass. After this process the rest of the glass is cut by hand, wrapped in copper, and soldered to form the tzedakah box. Size - 2 1/2 x 8 x 2 1/2"
