1. How does Judaica Kingdom's drop-shipping program work? Drop-shipping is the easiest and fastest way to start selling products online. When you make a sale, you send the order to us and we'll ship the product directly to your customer. It’s as simple as that! This allows you to start making money right away. JudaicaKingdom.com is the largest drop shipper of Jewish Gifts & Jewelry from Israel.

2. Do I need to buy any products before I sell them? No. That's the beauty of drop-shipping; you only pay for the item once you've made a sale and collected payment. This means you can start selling our products online without the overhead and risk of investing thousands of dollars in upfront inventory. Not having inventory also means no leftovers.

3. What makes Judaica Kingdom different than other wholesale drop-shippers? There are not many wholesalers & dropshippers of Israeli made products in the US maket, we ship worldwide with 3 ofiices in the Israel,Las Vegas & New York

4. How do I know if a particular item is in stock? We always keep most of products in our locations, your items will be shipped from our US warhouse unless we are out of stock which in this case we will ship your order from our overseas location via EMS or UPS. You can always email us to find out of availability of each item in stock.

5. I don’t have an existing e-commerce website. How can I get started? For a small fee, we offer a feature rich turn-key website-shopping cart solution that is fully integrated with our inventory. Please email us at websites@judaicakingdom.com for pricing. Our fully integrated websites with our products starts at $500 per website & up depending on the features that are requested.

6. I already have an existing e-commerce site. Is it possible to link real time inventory to my existing site? Yes. Please follow this link to download a live and current google based version of our Feed for any other format of Feeds such as CSV,XML Please contact us. we could provide you with all CSV & XML variants upon request.

7. I already sell on few platforms such as amazon.com, ebay.com, sears.com , buy.com do you offer feeds for this platforms as well? Yes. We support all mentioned sites and major marketplaces! You will receive a daily access to your choice of marketplace once you become a member at our site. Data feeds are provided upon your request, we support as many as 50 data feeds.

8. What information do you include on the order's packing slip? We include only your company information on the packing slip so that it's completely transparent to your customer that we are your drop-shipper. We want your customers to remain your customers because your success is our success.

9. What happens when my customer wants to return an item? In order to ensure your customer is unaware of our presence, your customers will have to ship the returned item(s) to you. You will then return the item to us according to our return policy. Charging a restocking fee to your customers may minimize the number of returns. Alternatively, you can resell the item on your website to avoid the hassle of returning the item and having to pay additional shipping and restocking fees.

10. Are there any monthly fees? No, there are no monthly fees. The only fees you pay are the fees per order that is drop-shipped to your customers!

11. What is the drop-ship fee that is added onto the wholesale cost of the shoes? There will be a $5.00 drop-shipping fee per order. This fee is added to cover our overhead and be able to provide this service to you.

12. Will I have to pay for shipping as well? Yes, there is a shipping charge that you have to pay in addition to the drop-ship fee per each item that is shipped out to your customer. You charge the shipping to your customer so essentially, you are not paying for the shipping cost & we only charge you the shipping rates based on US domestic rates USPS,UPS,FedEx so you will not pay the overseas rates at any situations.

13. Is there a minimum purchase requirement? No, there is no minimum purchase requirement, however we offer discounts for bulk purchases and wholesale buys!

14. Is there a minimum price I can sell your products for? There is no minimum price you have to sell our products for.

15. Can I download your pictures and merchandise descriptions and use them on my drop-ship website? Yes, you are more than welcome to use our pictures on your web site. Just click the link under each product description page to download the product's images as a zip file, then unzip and upload the images to your web site.

16. Do I need to pay taxes on your products? No, we are a B2B wholesale company and as long as you provide us with a valid resale license, you are not required to pay taxes on your purchases.

17. How can I start drop-shipping in the shortest time? You must register with IsraImport as a new customer and provide us with a valid resale license # and once we approve your application, we will contact you to set up your drop-shipping business.

18. What's the difference between Wholesale & Dropship Customers? Resellers who wish to purchase our goods at a wholesle pricing will enjoy special sesonal discounts and promotions which is available to wholesale buyers only! We require a minimum $300 to open a wholesale account with us, there are no minimum for reorders! the Wholesale purchases has to be shipped to the Company's address only and can not be misused with the dropship method whereas the order being shipped to the reseller's customer directly.All Wholesale purchases are only to be used for reselling and can not be used for personal usage.

19. Do I need a resale license in order to sell your products? Yes, you must provide a valid resale license or seller's permit at the time you register. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to prevent end users & consumers from ordering directly from our site and cutting out our resellers.
